Review payment information and complete the forms that apply to you before training begins.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, wire transfer, and payment by invoice.

Contact our team for wire transfer details or to request an invoice. Confirm the recipient before sending funds. Include the rider’s full name, training dates, and order number, if available, with your payment.
Follow the deposit amount and balance due date provided with your booking. Payment does not replace completing the required forms.
2. Refund & Credit Policy
All deposits, partial payments, and full payments are nonrefundable. Except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided in your agreement. Review your dates and booking terms before paying.
Future training credits require approval from Gary Leffew’s team and are considered case by case. If an injury prevents attendance, email a doctor’s note within one week before or after your scheduled training start date. No-shows and changes of plans do not qualify for credit.
Review the full payment agreement for the terms that apply to your reservation. Contact the school promptly if you cannot attend.
3. Required Waivers & Agreements
Rider / Legal Guardian Waiver
Who completes it: Riders age 18 or older complete their own waiver. For a rider age 17 or younger, a parent or legal guardian completes it on the rider’s behalf.
This form covers participation risks, safety responsibilities, health information, and permission to participate in training.

Payment Agreement
Who completes it: The person making payment, whether that is the rider, a parent, or another payer.
This form records the payer’s relationship to the rider, deposit and remaining-balance payment methods, and acknowledgment of payment, refund, and credit terms. It is separate from the rider’s participation waiver.
Paying for yourself? Complete both forms. Paying for another adult? Complete the payment agreement; the adult rider completes their own rider waiver.
