Deposit & Payment Terms Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT

By checking this box and submitting any payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to Gary Leffew Bull Riding School LLC, including deposits, partial payments, and payments made in full, are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-CANCELLABLE.

2. Reservation of Limited Space

I understand that my payment immediately reserves a limited training position that becomes unavailable to other students. Because Gary Leffew Bull Riding School LLC relies on these reservations for scheduling, staffing, livestock, facilities, and travel, I acknowledge that my payment is earned upon receipt and is not refundable.

3. No Refunds

I understand and agree that I am not entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Schedule conflicts

Work or school obligations

Transportation or travel delays

Illness or injury

Family emergencies

Weather affecting my travel

Failure to attend (No-Show)

Arriving late

Leaving early

Personal dissatisfaction after services have begun

Any circumstance beyond my control

4. Future Credit (If Approved)

Gary Leffew Bull Riding School LLC may, at its sole and absolute discretion, approve a credit toward a future clinic instead of a refund. Approval is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis by Gary Leffew’s team.

If a credit is approved:

It must be used within six (6) months from the date it is issued.

Any unused credit automatically expires after six (6) months.

Credits have no cash value.

Credits cannot be refunded.

Credits cannot be transferred, assigned, gifted, sold, or exchanged to another student.

The credit may only be used by the original registered participant.

Once expired, the credit is permanently forfeited.

5. No-Show Policy

Students who fail to attend their scheduled clinic without prior written approval from Gary Leffew Bull Riding School LLC will forfeit all payments made and will not be entitled to a refund or future credit.

6. Chargeback & Payment Disputes

By submitting payment, I certify that I am the authorized cardholder or account owner and authorize this transaction.

I further agree that I will not initiate or pursue a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal based on:

My decision to cancel.

Failure to attend.

Change of plans.

Failure to read these Terms & Conditions.

My disagreement with the Non-Refundable Payment Policy.

I understand that Gary Leffew Bull Riding School LLC will rely on my acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with payment records, electronic acceptance records, invoices, emails, text messages, and any other communications, when responding to any payment dispute or chargeback.

7. Agreement

By checking the box below and completing my payment, I acknowledge that:

I have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

I understand all payment policies before making payment.

I voluntarily agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

I understand that my payment is FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

☐ I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS ABOVE. I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND THAT ANY FUTURE CREDIT IS SOLELY AT THE DISCRETION OF GARY LEFFEW BULL RIDING SCHOOL LLC, EXPIRES AFTER SIX (6) MONTHS, AND IS NON-TRANSFERABLE.

This version is much stronger for chargeback disputes because it:

States the customer is the authorized payer.

Explains why the deposit is non-refundable (it reserves a limited spot and resources).

Has the customer specifically agree not to dispute the payment based on cancellation or changing their mind.

Makes future credits discretionary, time-limited, and non-transferable.

Clearly documents that the customer accepted these terms before paying.

No agreement can guarantee you’ll win every chargeback, but having customers affirmatively accept terms like these generally gives you stronger evidence than a simple “No refunds” notice.
